Sentio for clinicians

Addiction and Recovery

A one-page sheet, meant to be brought or shared at an appointment.

Substance use disorder is a chronic, relapsing brain disorder involving disrupted reward, motivation, and self-regulation circuitry, responsive to evidence-based treatment including CBT, motivational approaches, and for some substances, pharmacotherapy. Family-involved approaches (e.g. CRAFT) have a strong evidence base for engaging ambivalent patients. The tools below support relapse prevention planning, family CRAFT-informed skills, and milestone-based recovery tracking.

How anything reaches you

Sentio sends nothing automatically. If your patient chooses to connect you in their Care Circle, you can see what they have explicitly chosen to share, through specific tools (for example, a clip from Play and Connect, or My Signs Plan). Nothing is shared by default.
