Sentio · How it works

Does your child's teacher know what last week looked like?

Does their doctor?

Does their therapist?

Probably not. Not because they don't care, but because the information was never in one place.

Sentio was built to change that.

What it is

Sentio is an app for people living with a condition and the people around them.

When someone has autism, OCD, anxiety or something similar, everyone helping them tends to work in isolation. The teacher does not know what the therapist knows. The doctor sees them for twenty minutes. The parent carries all the information alone.

Sentio puts everyone on the same page. You decide who sees what. Nothing is shared without your permission.

How it works

Four steps. One connected network.

01

Tell us who you are

Create your profile in under three minutes. Select the conditions that are relevant: yours, or the person you support. Sentio personalises everything around your situation.

02

Set up your tools

Start with what you need most. A daily mood check-in. A visual routine. A crisis protocol. A communication passport. Each tool builds a picture that grows more useful every day.

03

Invite your care team

Add teachers, doctors, therapists, family members. Choose exactly what each person can see, down to the individual section. They get a read-only summary. You stay in control.

04

Everything stays in sync

Log a difficult morning and it shows in the teacher's summary before school starts. Record a mood pattern and your doctor sees it before the appointment. The right people always have the right context.

For every person in the room

Whoever you are,
Sentio was built for you.

Select your role to see exactly what you get from the platform.

  • See patterns before they become crises: three hard mornings in a row surfaces as a trend, not a surprise
  • Mood diary captures what a child can't always say out loud
  • One care circle: teacher, doctor, therapist all on the same page, without a single phone call
  • Share exactly the right information with each person: crisis protocol with the school, ERP progress with the therapist
  • Memory book to capture milestones alongside the hard days
  • Timeline that becomes a living record you can hand to any new professional
  • Crisis protocols written in advance so anyone around them knows what to do

"Her therapist arrived at the session already knowing it had been a hard week. We didn't have to explain anything."

Care team sharing

You decide who sees what.

Invite a teacher, and they get access to routines and the crisis protocol. Invite a therapist, and they see ERP progress and the mood diary. Your doctor sees only what you have chosen. Nobody sees everything unless you want them to.
